Signing in with Google is optional. You can always create an account with an e-mail address and password instead.
If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google sends us a signed token containing only your basic profile information: your name, your e-mail address, and your Google account identifier. We use that information for a single purpose — to create your Got Resume Builder account, or to sign you in to an existing account with the same e-mail address.
We never receive your Google password. We do not request, receive or store access to any other Google service: we do not read your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other Google data. We do not use information received from Google for advertising, and we never sell it.
Got Resume Builder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What do we use your information for?

Your data is processed on a strictly transient basis and used solely to fulfill your specific request. It is not retained for, or contributed to, the training or improvement of any AI model.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request, place an order or access your personal information.
These security measures include: Gateway Anti-Virus and Intrusion Prevention service, password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information or SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We use PayPal and Stripe to handle all of our payment related transactions. We do not process or have access to your full financial information, such as your card number.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your account and the resumes you create for as long as your account exists. We do not automatically delete accounts for inactivity, so your resumes are still there when you come back.
When you delete your account we remove your account record and your resume content from our database. If the account has a billing history, we are required to keep a minimal record of those transactions for financial and tax purposes; in that case we anonymize the account, erase its password and access credentials, and cancel any active subscription, so that the account can no longer be used or identified.
How to request data deletion?
To request data/account deletion, you can either request it from "My Account -> Settings -> Delete my Account" or email us at privacy@GotResumeBuilder.com.
Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
