Colleen launched her career as a recruiter and developed into an HR professional with a specialization in recruitment, selection, and onboarding. She spent the next 10+ years working directly with hiring managers and occupying a front-row seat in applicant selection discussions and deliberations. After more than a decade of telling applicants “no,” she decided to start supporting job seekers in getting that “yes!”

Leveraging her knowledge of hiring practices and skill mapping, Colleen began her second career as a resume writer and is now a certified career coach. Her clientele span a wide range of industries and managerial levels, from associate to C-suite. Her unique blend of compassion and pragmatism allow her clients to chart their next career moves with precision and intention.
